Lawendowe Wzgórza residential community is situated in the southern part of Gdańsk, on large grounds with an area of 42 hectares. It is a beautiful complex with a radial-concentric plan. It is a comprehensive project that includes the construction of a kindergarten, playgrounds and sports fields as well as recreational grounds with natural ponds.

The investment is divided into 13 stages and will consist of 1,200 apartments and commercial outlets such as shops, catering facilities and service outlets. The construction of almost 100 units during the first stage of the project has already been completed and the apartments have been handed over to their owners. The completion of the entire project is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2015.
