ROBYG Real Estate Development Group has been operating in Poland since 2000. It inaugurated its business activity in Warsaw, where the company has completed the following real estate investments: Dom na Ursynowie at ul. Alternatywy, Osiedle Szczęśliwy Dom Ochota at ul. Włodarzewska, four stages of Nowa Rezydencja Królowej Marysieńki and the first stage of Osiedle Zdrowa, which is part of the Miasteczko Wilanów project. Since 2007, ROBYG’s business activity has been extended beyond Warsaw, with three new projects in Gdańsk and one in Wrocław.

ROBYG Real Estate Development Group plans to go public on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The main shareholders of ROBYG S.A., the owner of Real Estate Development Group, are Nanette Real Estate Group, a Dutch company listed on the London and Tel Aviv stock exchanges, operating in Central and Eastern Europe, and LBREP, global funds specialising in investments on the real estate market. ROBYG specialises in the design and construction of high quality apartments at an affordable average price level.
